Karen has done 1100 workouts and says she’s improved her shape, balance and it manages her weight.

Working out at LFF has a positive impact on her mood  and helped her recover from recent surgery. This keeps her fit and she can keep up with her 2yr old grandson.

Karen loves the friendly, supportive coaches, , how easy it is to get on to the circuit and complete all the machines. She was also able to switch to online workouts during Covid or when necessary. Here’s to 1000 more!  Go Karen. Xx
