Circuit-Based Workout

Our gym features a circuit of 12 hydraulic resistance machines. With no waiting time, you can jump into your workout anytime and start toning your muscles. Say goodbye to wasted minutes and hello to maximum results.

Time-Saving Efficiency - it only takes 30 Minutes!

Who says you need hours at the gym? Our circuit only takes 30 minutes to complete. You'll spend 30 seconds on each machine, effectively overloading your muscles, followed by 30 seconds of rest.

This unique combination of strength training and cardio in one workout maximises your time and delivers incredible results. We recommend attending at least three times a week to achieve your desired fitness level.

Even Toning All Over

Each machine targets a different set of muscles, ensuring a well-rounded and evenly toned physique. With our circuit, you'll sculpt your body from head to toe, feeling confident and empowered.

Post-Workout Cool Down

After completing the circuit, head to our dedicated cool-down area. Our coaches will guide you through essential cool-down exercises, optimising your results and preventing injuries. By paying attention to this crucial step, you'll maximise your progress and feel amazing.
