At Ladies First Fitness we are different from other gyms. Our secret is that we combine strength-training with cardio which is the foundation of our 30 minute workout. At the core of the workout is a circuit of hydraulic 12 machines. 

Standard - Ladies First Fitness 

Our 30 Minute Workout only takes 30 minutes to complete and combines strength-training with cardio. This is our recommended way to get fit tone up and lose weight.

The workout is a circuit of machines and is always coached by a qualified and friendly fitness coach 

Premium - Personalised Training

For those of you who feel they need a bit more assistance to achieve your goals, we offer personalised coaching. With personalised coaching we give you much more 1-1 assistance and additionally  do nutrition coaching.

At Home  - Zoom

For those of you who can't out easily or have an extremely busy life-style we offer Zoom workouts so you can workout out home!
