Shaz – “I love the support!”

Shaz Wellings – “We’ve got the lovely, photogenic Shaz here—she’s been a member just over a month and has done ever so well! So enthusiastic, worked really hard—and you made it into the Top 10 Stars, didn’t you?”

Shaz: “Yes! I lost 2.8 pounds, 10 inches, and 0.4% body fat.”

“That’s amazing—especially the 10 inches! You shrunk! Not in height though!”

Shaz: laughs “Please don’t let me shrink any more in height!”

“Was that hard to do?”

Shaz: “Not particularly. It’s a nice challenge—starting slowly, working up to it until you feel comfortable.”

“And how’s the environment here?”

Shaz: “Absolutely lovely. Everyone—without a lie—is lovely and supportive. Everyone’s in it for the same thing.”

“No judgement, right? No one’s eyeing up your gym gear.”

Shaz: “Absolutely not. And the coaches give you advice in the loveliest way. If there’s something you can do better, they’ll let you know—gently!”

“You get good support here—we don’t let you do it upside down!”

Shaz: laughs “No, they let us know!”

“Brilliant—thanks for chatting, Shaz. Enjoy your workout!”

Gemma – “It’s so friendly and the coaches are really supportive!”

Gemma Mills – “Okay, so we have Gemma with us today. Gemma has been a member just over two months and she got really good results didn’t you? So the first month, how many inches did you lose?”

Gemma responds, “11 inches.”

“And the second month?”

Gemma replies, “6.5 inches.”

“So you lost 2.2 pounds the first month, 2.8 the second, and 1.7% body fat. “You did really well, didn’t you? And you were really happy with that, weren’t you?”

“Yeah”, replies Gemma

Yeah, you should have seen her face! But you’ve said that generally exercise has helped reduce your stress.”

“Yeah, definitely”, agrees Gemma.

“And making your head happier and you said your hubby had noticed.”

“Yes, definitely”, asserts Gemma.

“So that’s made him happier as well.”

“Good. What do you like about coming here?”

Gemma responds, “It’s so friendly. And the coaches are really supportive and everyone just makes you feel welcome!” 

“Yeah, that’s good. And do we make you work hard as well?” 

“Yeah, definitely”, agrees Gemma.

“So that’s important. Excellent.  And you brought your friend along with you as well, didn’t you, when you joined?  She is doing quite well too. 

She didn’t need to lose much, but she’s sticking at it, which is good. Yeah, excellent. Well done. So you’re going to stay for a bit?”

“Yeah, definitely” agrees Gemma.

“Excellent.  Well done, you!  Thank you very much. Thank you for talking to us today.  Enjoy your workout. Thank you.”

Michelle – 100 Workouts – “No time restrictions and a good atmosphere!”

Michelle Walton has reached 100 workouts and shared how it’s made a difference:
