Jan has been a member with us for over a year but, at the time of this video, she had powered through Christmas, holidays, and multiple reviews like an absolute star 💪✨

Meet Maxine – we took this video a little while ago, after she came in after a lovely relaxing weekend and smashed her first review results! 💪✨

Here’s what Maxine achieved at her first check-in 👇

And the best part? Maxine said she found it really easy to achieve and easy to keep going — which was her main goal from the start! 👏

Sue has reached her 100-workout milestone at Ladies First Fitness, and she’s already experiencing some amazing benefits from working out regularly.

“ You don’t have to compete for machines and it’s easy to fit in a half-hour workout!”

Karen has been fitting in a half-hour workout regularly almost as long as we’ve been here!  Karen joined Ladies First Fitness a year after we opened and has been reaching those goals… and more, just with 30 mins, 3 times per week.

What Karen appreciates about her half hour :

💜 helps me manage my weight

Sue – Health Improvement Alert! – “Much more active after COPD and Heart Attack!”

🎉 Sue – Big Health Success! 🎉
“I’m much more active and less out of breath… and cholesterol is lower!!”

After COPD and a heart attack, Sue decided to join Ladies First Fitness.  
Before joining, Sue was very limited in walking uphill or climbing stairs and had very little stamina.

After joining, and after 4 months working out regularly, Sue is now a lot more active and less out of breath.  After this and losing half stone in weight, her results at the Dr. has shown that her cholesterol levels have also gone down.
