Kim O’Connor first joined Ladies First Fitness over a decade ago, but after two serious falls and shoulder injuries, she knew exactly where to return to rebuild her strength.
“I fell indoors in February 2023 and broke my left shoulder. I had very limited mobility, but by summer I was back to full range—because I came here. Then in November, I slipped in a supermarket and broke my right arm badly—it took 16 weeks in a sling and brace. I came back to LFF in May 2024 and now, just over 3 months later, I’ve regained almost full mobility!”
Kim shared how limited her movement was at first:
“I couldn’t even lift my arm halfway or get it behind my back. Now I can lift it up and back—almost full extension!”
And it’s not just mobility:
