Fara – “I’m really pleased with the results! It was easy and gradual.”
Fara Walpole has been working out with us for eight months now, and the results have been fantastic!
In her first month, she lost:
✅ 14 inches
✅ 8.6 pounds
✅ 1.8% body fat
And eight months later?
✅ 21.25 inches lost
✅ 18.4 pounds down (more than a stone!)

“At my yearly review, my peak flow lung capacity improved from 375 to 420! I still take my medication, but this improvement has only come from working out at Ladies First Fitness three times a week. I hope it goes up again next year!”
