June – “Gym newbie…but healthier, stronger and excited about working out!”

June had never been to a gym before — but she decided to give Ladies First Fitness a go… and what a first month she’s had! 💪💜

Results after just 1 month:

🔥 Feeling fitter, stronger, and more mobile!

June is in her 70s and has had two knee replacements — but she’s proving that age and past injuries don’t have to hold you back! 🙌

Alison’s a paramedic 🚑 — a real-life first responder who spends her days helping others — and she still makes time to look after herself here at Ladies First Fitness! 🌟

She joined a little while ago and was honest about being a bit nervous at first… but here’s what she had to say now:

🗣️ “I really like it. It’s friendly, it’s got a nice atmosphere — it’s just a really chilled, supportive place.”

And when asked about the workouts?
💥 “They’re not boring! You can mix it up, do different things, and it keeps you interested.”

June has kept going and has achieved 100 workouts at Ladies First Fitness! June has noticed her legs are stronger for climbing stairs and she is generally feeling better overall! What June said she appreciated most about Ladies First Fitness : ”temperature in room is well controlled, caring staff, good support- and I enjoy doing the circuit type of exercise!” Go go June! We are so proud of you! 

Kim – 200 Workouts – “I have a healthy body and a healthy mind in an environment of like-minded people!”

Kim’s journey hasn’t been easy — after breaking both arms in 2023 and facing a few challenges along the way, she kept showing up and has achieved amazing results! 🌟

We celebrated Susan’s incredible milestone of 300 workouts! She has persevered through knee pain, one knee replacement, and is patiently awaiting the other. Her dedication is truly inspiring.
