Lisa – great results in 1 month!

Lisa did really well in her 1st review – lost 5.25 ins, 2lbs and 1.0% body fat. When asked whether it was hard to achieve, Lisa commented, “no, not really – once I’d put my head to it, I was doing it.” Lisa is a busy, local hairdresser with a young family and she works out at lunch-time sometimes, after work sometimes and on her day off, and pretty much manages to do 3 workouts a week.

About the workout, Lisa’s comment was, “I love the workout. I love the fact that its flexible, it’s easy, you’ve always got someone here to help you; there’s never any, ‘I don’t know what I’m doing’, because there’s always someone to ask.”  It makes it easier to keep going and when you get your reviews every month and you know what kind of results you’re getting it makes it all worthwhile. Lisa was here after work on a Fri afternoon doing a workout! Well done Lisa!

Julie – doesn’t like exercise but really enjoys LFF!

Julie really enjoys the experience of working out at Ladies First Fitness.  She said, “I feel like I’ve never ever wanted to do any sort of exercise in the past before ever, but coming here it’s completely different.  It’s so friendly; it’s tailored for women; it’s quite a straightforward circuit, every 30 seconds you change so there’s no time to feel like, ‘O gosh I can’t do this, this is too much’. 

It’s making me feel so much better about myself – in only 5 weeks, I can’t tell you!  And I got really good results after 1 month: 3.5 ins and a little weight and body fat. I don’t weigh myself, I go by inches and how I feel, and I tell you, it is fantastic! I love the atmosphere – you come in, and after just  a few times, everyone says hello. 

The members are lovely – really, I can’t stress enough how lovely it is coming here.  It makes me feel so good – I look forward to coming!”  That’s great – for a woman who said she didn’t really enjoy exercise that’s a great testimony! If you’re watching this and you don’t enjoy exercise, get yourself down here – you’ll probably enjoy this!

Marianne – reduced stress and anxiety!

 Want to reduce stress and anxiety and keep your weight under control? Marianne has found that exercising regularly here at LFF has done just that! 😀 She should be able to tell by now cos she’s just achieved 300 workouts! Marianne adds, “I live on my own so it’s great company and gives me a sense of wellbeing and creates a positive mental attitude.

I have rheumatoid arthritis so it keeps my joints and muscles strong and keeps me feeling youthful.” When asked what makes LFF different, Marianne commented, “There’s always a coach present to make sure I am using the equipment safely. The equipment is hydraulic so no need to adjust weights. I love the background music and lots of happy faces around. The staff are very welcoming and it’s altogether a very friendly atmosphere.” I couldn’t have said it better myself Marianne! Keep going strong! 💪

Chris –Minimises the effects of arthritis and ageing 

Chris travels all the way from Waterlooville 3 times a week to exercise at LFF. She’s the best! Chris attests to the fact that these regular workouts help to minimise the effects of arthritis and other ageing discomforts! It has also helped to retain her healthy body shape and weight.

Why does Chris like LFF so much? In her words, “it can all be done at your own speed and in a very friendly supportive atmosphere. All the staff offer only encouragement, not pressure!” I told you she was the best!! 1200 x the best is still the best! Well done Chris and thanks so much for all your support.

Lisa – Increased suppleness and sleeping better

Lisa achieved 100 workouts!. Noticed the increased suppleness, feeling fitter and sleeping better. Lisa appreciates the most : “ the full body workout in 30mins, the friendly staff and the great music!” Great work Lisa, keep it coming!
