Weโ€™re so happy to have Colette back at Ladies First Fitness โ€” and wow did she make a comeback! In her first month back, she achieved some amazing results:

Colette balances work and caring for her dad, yet still proves that just three 30-minute workouts a week can deliver brilliant results.
