Weβre so happy to have Colette back at Ladies First Fitness β and wow did she make a comeback! In her first month back, she achieved some amazing results:

Meet the gorgeous Andrea! She joined us earlier this year with her friends and was absolutely blown away by her first month results a month laterβ¦ and the improvement to her arm a little later! π
