Today we’re shining the spotlight on one of our lovely Karens at Ladies First Fitness (yes, we have quite a few! 😄).
Karen joined a little while ago and achieved some fantastic results quite quickly 👏

Allison had been a member for just over a month when we shot this video and had just completed her first check-in — and what a start she had! 💪✨
After just around three weeks, Allison achieved:
• 8.75 inches lost 🙌
• 0.8% body fat reduction 🔥
Safe to say, she was very happy with those results — and rightly so! 😄 Even with an all-inclusive holiday in the mix, she’s straight back at it and ready to smash the next month 💥

Dante has been a member for 7 and a half years and before she joined she would get severe chest infections in the winter… but not since she joined Ladies First Fitness!— that health improvement in itself is a huge improvement to life!
