Sarah – “I love coming to Ladies First Fitness!”

Sarah Richardson – We have Sarah who has been a member just over a month.  She has really enjoyed it here.  “I love coming!”, quips Sarah. Sarah had some very positive things to say about Ladies First Fitness. Sarah also said, ”Everybody is so warm and friendly and you just feel really welcome”. It’s not intimidating, nobody’s measuring you up or looking you up and down. She’s just had her first review.  “I lost 4.5 ins, 0.4 lb and 1.7% body fat, which is amazing!” Absolutely fantastic! “I’m going to keep going.”

Mental Health Improvements!

Sarah wanted to boost her mental health and that’s improved as well. “Yep, I was really struggling with mental health and one of the things I really wanted to do was keep positive and do something just for me.  I’m a Mum of a 4-yr-old, so this is  something for me, something to help boost and get rid of some of the adrenaline, so that’s really worked!” Good, so, get yourself out of the house, get into the gym and get some results! Great work Sarah, thanks for that.

Tess – “I really enjoy the workout!”

Tess Moore – We have Tess who has been a member just over a month and has been getting on really well.  “Yes, I’ve been enjoying it”, interjects Tess. Tess was really surprised and chuffed with her 1st month results. Tess lost 7.8lbs, 8.75 ins and 0.7% body fat, which is really good for a month.  When asked what she thought of the workout, Tess said, “I really enjoy the workout, I’m getting used to the routine now – it’s taken me a month – but I’m getting there! I’m really enjoying it. 

Overcome Multiple Sclerosis, improved energy and more confident

It has immensely improved my energy, I feel so much more confident as well.” Tess has had Multiple Sclerosis for 18 months and we were a little bit worried to start with whether it would make it worse, but Tess has actually found that it’s an improvement. “It’s improving it a lot”, responded Tess, “you know, because obviously I’m using my muscles and I’m noticing the improvement I can tell you”.

So, anybody out there who’s suffering with MS, this workout is really good for that, because of the short duration, it’s only 30 secs on each exercise, so you don’t walk out feeling absolutely knackered, it doesn’t overtire you.  With Tess, we did a little bit of a slow start (just 2 workouts per week for the first couple of weeks). “And now I’m on 3 a week”, said Tess. Well done Tess!

Lost-a-Lot Stars!

Ros was No.1 on our Lost-a-Lot Gallery for 2024. Amanda was No. 2 and Heather was No.3.

Denise – 900 Workouts! – “Just for Women!”

Denise has hit 900 workouts, shown here with our coach, Catherine who has also done 900 workouts! Denise said that doing this workout regularly helps with her back pain and weight loss and also gives her more energy! When asked what she appreciated most about LFF, Denise commented, “I prefer Ladies First Fitness because it is just for women and it’s good that there is a coach on hand all the time we are using the machines. The girls are always encouraging us.“

Liz – 1300 Workouts – “Coach is always present.”

Liz has achieved 1300 workouts at Ladies First Fitness. Liz has noticed improved toning, flexibility and stamina. She generally feels better physically and emotionally. When asked what she appreciates most about coming to LFF, Liz said, “no fixed times-I enjoy being able to fit the gym into my busy days. It’s good that a coach is always present to ensure correct use of the machines.“ Well done, Liz! 

Jane hits 200! – “I always look forward to coming to Ladies First FItness!”

Jane recently hit 200 workouts and said she felt a lot livelier! “My mental attitude is more positive and I have more energy to play with my grandkids!” Jane likes the fact that you can work at your own pace at Ladies First Fitness and the coaches help you achieve what YOU want to achieve. “Everyone is really friendly and I always look forward to coming to Ladies First Fitness!”, said Jane. Well done girl, here’s to more! Xx
