Meet Maxine! π She took a little gap after the 1st video we shared and sheβs been back with us for just a couple of months and her results have been absolutely fantastic! πͺ
In her latest monthly review alone she lost:

Karen has been training with us since February 2021, showing up consistently for FOUR years πͺπ Thatβs dedication right there!
While visiting the UK for a family wedding π, she finally got to meet some of the members sheβs been working out with online π€π β with trips to London and lots of laughs along the way π¬π§β¨

One of the best parts? The friendships formed along the way π What started as workouts turned into chats, connection, and a real community β even across the miles π
