Chrissie was a member for just over a month when we shot this video and was already doing AMAZINGLY well πͺβ¨
At her very first review she achieved:

Chrissie has also been brilliant at encouraging others to join too π Bringing along family and friends and helping grow our lovely fitness community π€π
One thing that makes Chrissie extra inspiring is that sheβs been working through difficult knees and edema in her legs β proving that joint issues donβt mean you have to stop exercising πβ¨
Even on the tougher days when her knees are hurting, she still comes in and gets it done π₯ That consistency is what brings results!
